Meet Jeanette Bell, your certified fitness expert with over 5 years of dedicated work with women, helping them achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. With a background in law enforcement and a passion for physical fitness, Jeanette brings a unique perspective to her training approach. Specializing in HIIT, strength training, aerobic exercises, circuit training and calisthenics, she tailors each session to empower you to reach your full potential.
As a former Division II basketball player and 2006 All American, she understands the importance of hard work and perseverance. Jeanette believes in giving back to the community and is committed to helping you not only achieve your fitness goals, but surpass them.
